Synchronize layers

Sometimes you receive files that use different offsets, this makes live difficult if you want to prepare data for your machine.

Synchronize layers will solve this problem for you.

•	Select from the edit menu: synchronize layer>auto

•	The layer that will be used as the reference layer is normally the layer that contains the drill data.

•	Set the option 'move selected layer to zero' This will move your design as close as possible to the zero position.

•	Hit the OK button.

•	Now all the layers are in sync with each other.

•	Please note the little cross in the bottom left hand corner, this is the absolute zero position.

•	Remark: auto synchronization will only work if there are the same amount of pads as there are holes. If not, please use the by hand method.
