After loading the bitmap you can auto rotate and scale it.
You may select two drill holes or two points.
Note: the holes does not have to be real drill holes at this point.
Select holes that normally are in line, like the holes from an IC.
After selecting the two holes/points, you may set
the distance between these points.
Then press OK, the bitmap will be scaled using the
distance you have given. It will also rotate so the given
points will be in a horizontal or vertical line.
