A rectangular object will be added. When the space bar is pressed, a dialog box
will popup and the rectangle parameters can be edited by hand.
The first two parameters are the width, and height.
The optional third and fourth parameters are the center of the rectangle.
When the first character typed is a @ the coordinates, given in the third and
fourth parameter, will use the relative (grid)position.
