After activation of this function a poly line can be drawn. When drawing this poly line
use the the right mouse button menu to change the drawing direction,
finish the poly line drawing by pressing 'f'.
When the space bar is pressed, a dialogbox will popup, and the poly line parameters
can be edited by hand. As many as 192 points can be edited.
After finishing the poly line drawing and the poly line does not contain any crossings
of lines, the area enclosed by the poly line will be filled up with lines.
